BioMaint is a subscription-based SaaS platform. Customers receive online access to the service after signup, account activation, and successful subscription setup.
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial paid subscription payment. Refund requests are reviewed based on account status, product access, usage, billing history, and the reason for the request.
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once a new subscription period has started, unless required by law or approved after review.
If a free trial is offered, customers should evaluate BioMaint during the trial period before starting a paid subscription. A trial does not create a refund obligation unless a paid charge has occurred and a refund is approved under this policy.
Customers may cancel their subscription to prevent future billing. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments or the current subscription period.
To request a refund, contact BioMaint support with your account email, invoice number, payment date, subscription plan, and reason for the request. We may ask for additional information to verify the account and payment.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method using our payment provider. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, and country.
Refunds may be declined if there is evidence of misuse, policy abuse, unauthorized activity, excessive usage inconsistent with a refund request, or violation of our Terms of Service.
