BioMaint is a cloud-based CMMS platform that helps organizations manage equipment records, work requests, work orders, preventive maintenance, inventory, users, roles, and related maintenance activities.
BioMaint is maintenance management software. It is not a medical device, clinical decision system, healthcare treatment service, or replacement for professional technical, clinical, or regulatory judgment.
You retain ownership of all data you input into BioMaint. We only process this data to provide, support, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
BioMaint is offered as a subscription-based service. Plan details, pricing, billing period, and available features are shown during signup or checkout. Payments are processed through our payment provider.
You may cancel your subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous payments or the current subscription period. Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.
BioMaint is provided as a SaaS platform with commercially reasonable uptime and support. We work to keep the service reliable, but access may be affected by maintenance, internet issues, provider outages, or events outside our control.
BioMaint is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, business interruption, or losses beyond the fees paid for the service, except where required by law.
